Bianca Criaco
Wellness educator, Pilates instructor and advocate
Bianca Criaco is a wellness educator, Pilates instructor and advocate whose work is shaped by both professional knowledge and lived experience. Having navigated profound personal challenges, including domestic violence, substance dependence and cancer, she is passionate about helping others recognise their capacity to create meaningful change.
Her advocacy focuses on raising awareness of domestic violence, substance dependence and suicide prevention. Through education, movement and authentic storytelling, Bianca aims to encourage others to broaden their perspectives, strengthen their wellbeing and recognise that they have greater agency than they may realise.
Outside her professional work, Bianca embraces adventure and believes joy is an essential part of a meaningful life. Whether she’s riding her motorcycle, electric skateboarding, surfing or laughing with the people she loves, she believes that while life presents profound challenges, we don’t always have to take ourselves too seriously. Her hope is to inspire others not only to overcome adversity, but to build a life lived authentically, with connection, purpose and joy.
